Steps
- Lay on the floor and pull your knees up to your stomach as far as they will go without pulling any muscles.
- Feel around on your stomach for the soft spot this should be located on the sides right under the ribs.
- Take your thumbs and lightly push into this on both sides.
- Move your neck up and down toward the ceiling (don't head bop) move it up and and down at a 40 degree angle up and down but don't let your head hit the floor.
- Wait to feel the burn that will start from under your neck down to your whole stomach. This is important.
- Do this every day for about 5 min and in a few weeks you should have what some would call "million dollar abs."
Tips
- Mix this in with a daily workout for maximum results.
- Protein shakes will help you maintain your abs.
Warnings
- Don't push yourself. If you can't do anymore after a while take a break or you will strain yourself. For some people this workout can be pretty hard.
